The decor of the hotel was charming and exuded a warm atmosphere, making me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a serene setting for relaxation. As a senior woman, I was pleased to find that the hotel was easily accessible, with no stairs to climb and plenty of seating available throughout.

I would have appreciated a more attentive staff, as the children working there seemed overwhelmed with multiple tasks.

Bathroom furniture broken and very dirty. It was quite unpleasant

Bright, comfortable room, everything is spotlessly clean, bathroom modern and neat. Very friendly staff. An emerging problem with a water pipe (suddenly there was no water in the bathroom) was solved very quickly. Good proximity to the highway, despite the proximity to a busy street, the room was very quiet.

The address of the hotel was not accepted by the navigation system and the access road was very tricky, we only discovered it by chance.

This hotel offers great value for money with prices starting at 60 euros, which includes a welcome drink, breakfast, and a packed lunch. The rooms are tidy and clean, albeit a bit outdated and in need of maintenance. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities are satisfactory.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was ok. There is just one aspect that could be improved, which is the noise level in some rooms.

Service was great. Arrived 23:00 and manager came down to organize everything.

not easy to find the entrance

It took me 3.5 hours to find the hotel, having arrived in Orleans at 12.00 midnight and finally finding the hotel, totally unlit down a narrow driveway. There was no indication it was a hotel because all lights were off and further, it was virtually impossible to read the key code on the door without illumination. I eventally arrived at 3.15 in the morning, having checked in to the hotel next door in desperation. It was only when I went to the car that I found the "Comfort" hotel to be right next to it. I therefore ended up paying for 2 hotel rooms and getting about 3 hours sleep. The Prorietor did not appear to grasp the problems she had caused me. They do not deserve to be in business and you should seriously review your inclusion of it.

I had a pleasant stay at The Originals City. The hotel was modest but comfortable and the room was very clean. Although it was a bit outdated and in need of maintenance, it served its purpose well. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the receptionist went out of his way to accommodate our requests. We were also pleased with the size of the family room and the nice presentation of the simple yet satisfying breakfast. the hotel offered good value for money and was conveniently located for our one-night stop.

We have always found staff on Reception to be very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and in advance of our stays, quick and helpful in responding to e-mailed queries. The hotel represents good value for money, though the high value of the euro against the UK pound has increased costs, and resulted in our spending less generally while in France.

There is nothing to say as far as our having anything to dislike about this hotel, but being regular visitors to France, we have noticed a reduction in the number of Comfort Inn Hotels in other regions of France. We endeavour to find hotels within the chain when visiting other regions. We were disappointed when the scheme to earn points towards a free night was discontinued.

The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to navigate around the area during our romantic escape. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of items. We particularly enjoyed the coffee and croissants, which were a great way to start our day. Additionally, the room was clean and cozy, providing us with a comfortable stay.

Although the hotel was well-situated, it was fairly difficult to find and there were no clear signs directing us towards it, causing us to waste quite a bit of time getting lost. Furthermore, the décor felt a bit outdated and could use a revamp. The staff were friendly enough, but seemed a little overwhelmed and could have been more welcoming.

The hotel was comfortable and has easy acess to the autoroute and us gii==ood value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the A10 with easy access to transportation. Cleanliness is a top priority, and the staff keeps everything organized. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options, including five types of French cheeses. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed.
